DARMASISWA is a scholarship program offered to all foreign students from countries which have diplomatic relationship with Indonesia to study Bahasa Indonesia, arts, music and crafts. Participants can choose one of 45 different universities located in different cities in Indonesia. This program is organized by the Ministry of National Education (MoNE) in cooperation with the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).

The DARMASISWA program was started in 1974 as part of ASEAN (Association of South East Asian Nations) initiative, admitting only students from ASEAN. However, in 1976 this program was extended to include students from other countries such as Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hungary, Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, and USA. In early 90’s, this program was extended further to include all countries which have diplomatic relationship with Indonesia. Until to date, the number of countries participating in this program is more than 75 countries.

This scholarship is from Government Nursing College, we are seeking for young females who willing to dedicate their life to be a Registered Nurse in Singapore.
Main Requirements:
- Female Age between 16-18
- Graduate from Highschool or equivalent (or will be graduate this year)
- Excellent Score for Science, English and Math in the Graduation Certificates.
- Fluent in English
- Willing to be contracted as Nurse in Government hospitals for minimum 6 years after graduation from the Nursing College.

WWF KATHRYN FULLER FELLOWSHIP

The Fuller Fellowships support early-career, post-doctoral scientists pursuing research of extraordinary importance and relevance to conservation. Fuller Fellowships link these scientists and their research to on-the-ground conservation work through WWF’s global network of conservation scientists and practitioners.

Fuller Fellows are provided with stipend and a research budget, and are co-advised by both academic and WWF mentors. Depending on the project, Fellows can be based at a research institution, at WWF, or in the field. Fuller Fellows also attend the annual Science for Nature Symposia, where they can interact with leaders in science, policy, and conservation and discuss emerging issues and challenges in conservation science.

Fellows become part of the WWF global network of results-driven scientists and conservationists. They will have access to minds and resources that are dedicated to bringing the best ideas to bear on the critical task of conserving the diversity and abundance of life on Earth. And they have the opportunity to link their research to this ongoing effort, and see their ideas put into practice.

ASIA PACIFIC LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

Asia Pacific Leadership Program adalah program sertifikat yang dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan baru di bidang pendidikan dan sumber daya manusia dalam periode dimana saling ketergantungan di wilayah Asia Pasifik semakin meningkat. Program ini akan menciptakan jaringan pemimpin dari Amerika Serikat, Asia, dan wilayah Pasifik yang mengenal isu dan budaya di wilayahnya dan terlatih dalam kepemimpinan untuk kesejahteraan negara-negara dan rakyat di wilayahnya. Program ini telah terbentuk melalui dukungan dana dari Freeman Foundation.

Program ini mencari para profesional muda dan mahasiswa terkemuka dari Amerika Serikat dan negara-negara di wilayah Asia Pasifik. Bagi mahasiswa pascasarjana, program ini melengkapi studi di program pendidikan pascasarjana yang ditempuh di negara mereka masing-masing dengan mempertemukan mereka dengan rekan-rekan dan pengajar dari wilayah Asia Pasifik yang tidak akan mereka temukan di negaranya sendiri. Program ini terutama bertujuan untuk melibatkan para mahasiswa pascasarjana yang akan menerima gelarnya dari lembaga pendidikan tinggi di wilayah Asia Pasifik yang mungkin tidak akan memperoleh kesempatan untuk datang ke Amerika Serikat di luar program ini.

Lulusan program ini akan memiliki perspektif wilayah yang luas, pengetahuan mengenai masyarakat dan isu-isu yang berkembang di wilayahnya, dan terlatih untuk mengimplementasikan kepemimpinan dan meningkatkan kerjasama. Diharapkan para lulusan akan mencari atau kembali ke posisi-posisi di bidang usaha, pemerintahan, lembaga-lembaga swadaya masyarakat dan lembaga-lembaga pendidikan tinggi.Program ini ditawarkan kepada:
- Kaum professional muda terkemuka
- Lulusan S-1 baru
- Mahasiswa pascasarjana

Acara utama program adalah seminar inti, seminar kepemimpinan, proyek-proyek kelompok, pelajaran berdasarkan pengalaman, studi lapangan dan magang. Peserta perorangan harus terdaftar di University of Hawaii sebagai mahasiswa pascasarjana, yang memungkinkan mereka untuk berpartisipasi dalam perkuliahan elektif di University of Hawaii. Studi lapangan akan diselenggarakan sesudah perkuliahan selesai dan program akan diakhiri dengan presentasi akhir di Honolulu.
